• Download our custom UPDOG STUDIOS app from the google play store
• Fill in all of your information prior to coming to the studio
• Sign your waivers
• Show up for practice!
• We are a cashless boutique studio—all class bookings are done on our studio app— please book and pay for classes prior to arrival to reserve your spot—we have an amazing community many classes fill so register in advance.
• The studio door opens 15 minutes prior to class—and the door is locked one minute prior to the start of class. ***Please be on your mat at the start of class.
• Arrive early, especially for heated classes so you can acclimate to the temperature.
• If the Studio Door is locked, sorry we missed you! See you next time!
• Bring a mat, a towel, and a water bottle—if you forget anything don’t skip class! We have all of these items COMPLIMENTARY —but try to bring your own things to help us keep operational costs down. Thanks!!
• If you are unable to attend class—cancel your reservation 1 hour prior to class to avoid a $15 no-show fee.
