UPDOG Power Yoga & Strength is a fusion style strength class, that will energize your soul and build muscular strength and endurance. The class consists of a fusion of power yoga, Pilates, and strength training using handheld weights and other props. While a practitioner may think of this as a sculpting class, the format is to build strength for your yoga practice and life off the mat. Appropriate for all levels by using lighter or heavier weights. All equipment needed for the class is provided.
