UPDOG Intense is our fusion class of standing postures held for extended breaths and intelligently sequenced to build strength flexibility and mental focus.  While the name is INTENSE—the sequence is appropriate for all levels by allowing the practitioner to take breaks.

Please note, the studio door is locked one minute prior to the start of every class and late arrivals are not permitted.

Please bring a mat, towel, and water to every class.
