When a student attends my class, I want them to feel empowered, inspired to connect inward and tuned in with their heart so they can fully appreciate each moment of their practice.

About Kim:

I believe each of us has the power within us to unlock and empower the best version of ourselves! I transformed my health and mindset through a focus on healthy habits for the mind & body and yoga was an integral part of that transformation for me, so I want to share it with everyone!

I have found that I love having a variety of career roles in life—Editorial Director, Health Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Coach, and Yoga Teacher. When I‘m not working you can find me hiking the trails, walking my dog, reading, spending time with my family and friends, or taking a boot-camp-style fitness class. I love staying active, trying out new healthy recipes, and soaking up self-development books and programs to continue my growth journey and share it with others.
